We don’t do new build high rise buildings, theatres, stadiums or office blocks.

Budget…

We know from experience that most clients under-estimate the cost of building works as all too often don’t factor in all finishes, landscaping and contingencies.

At Wright + Partners we will always request you to be clear with your budget from the start and will design to this using the services of a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. If your initial aspiration cannot be achieved with budget we will always advise on alternatives such as making best use of the space with your current home. Single storey extensions commonly exceed build costs of £50,000 and in most cases involve some alteration to the existing property.
